Cancellation Policy
Volunteering Comes with Some Risk. Please Read the Following before signing up to Volunteer. * I recognize and acknowledge that there are risks of physical injury as a volunteer with the Prescott Valley Healing Field of Northern Arizona (“Association”) and the Town of Prescott Valley (“Town”). * I assume the full risk of any such injuries, damage, or loss regardless of severity I (or my child/ward) may sustain because of activities connected or associated with the Healing Field. * I waive and relinquish all claims I (or my child/ward) may have against the Association or the Town. * I fully release and discharge the Association and the Town, their officers, agents, assigns, and employees, from any and all claims from injuries, damage, or loss I (or my child/ward) may have or accrue as a result of participating in the activities at the Healing Field. * I agree to indemnify and hold harmless and defend the Association and the Town, their officers, agents, assigns, and employees, from any and all claims resulting from injuries, damages, and losses sustained by me (or by my child/ward) and arising out of, connected with, or in any way associated with the activities related to the Healing Field. * I give my consent to use any photographs or videotape taken of me or my child/ward in future promotional or marketing materials.
